Agpro’s® AP series pumps are rugged, belt driven units featuring a heavy duty oil bath drive line, oil reservoir, hardened steel intake sheer plate, triple chopping action, open anti-clogging impeller design and standard 4″ discharge. These units deliver maximum chopping capabilities to curtail clogging. Length 9′ 4″ for a nominal pit depth of 10′ 0″, longer length up to 14′ 0” available. Pumps are complete with motor, sheaves, bushings, belt guard and pit mount base.

These pumps are ideal for handling heavy manure slurries. They are primarily used for supplying separators and filling tanker wagons.

These pumps feature an aggressive triple chopping action able to deliver up to 700 gpm and up to 80′ of head.

Available as a tank mount design. Optional continuous mechanical agitation available on models up to 50′ head.

These are the heaviest pumps Agpro® offers, designed for the toughest applications and severe duty cycles.

Waste Delivery Pumps

300 to 2,800 gpm • 20′ to 40′ head • 7.5 to 75 hp
B-series pumps are rugged, belt driven units featuring a heavy-duty oil bath drive, oil reservoir and replaceable stainless steel housing wear liner for extended service life. These pumps provide minimal chopping and no agitation. Standard length 9’ 4” for a nominal pit depth of 10’ 0”, longer lengths up to 16’ available. Available as wall or lid mount. Pumps come complete with motor, sheaves, bushings, belt guard and mount base.

Waste delivery pumps are primarily used for transferring wastes between tanks and ponds, supplying separator, recycling to flush flumes and filling manure spreaders. In tanks or pits supplemental agitation is recommended. Smaller pumps available in single phase.

High Head Pumps

High Head Pumps

500 to 800gpm – 40’ to 100’ head – 15 to 40 hp

This portion of the D-Series line are heavy duty pumps featuring direct drive motors with oil bath drive line, a 4” horizontal discharge pump High Head Pumphosing with replaceable stainless steel liner. Mounting is on a hot galvanized float platform with high impact foam filled polyethylene pontoons including shore mount oil reservoir with 70’ of supply tube. These units provide minimum chopping and no agitation. Pump is designed to draw cleanest possible water from 18” to 24” below the surface. An optional wall mount package is available in lieu of floating platform.

These pumps are generally configured as floating units and primarily used for refilling reservoirs in gravity flush systems, irrigation system supply, or other applications requiring high lift or head pressure. They are able to lift up to 100’ or produce 40psi.

High Volume Pumps

1,700 to 3,000 gpm – 20’-40 head – 25 to 100 hp

In the D-Series these heavy-duty pumps feature direct drive motors and couplings, oil bath drive line, a 10” horizontal discharge pump High Volume Pumpshousing with replaceable stainless steel liner. Standard floating models include a hot dip galvanized float platform with high impact foam filled polyethylene pontoons and shore mount oil reservoir with 70’ of supply tube. These units provide minimum chopping and no agitation. Designed to draw the cleanest possible water from 18” to 24” below the surface. An optional wall mount package is available.

These pumps are primarily used for high volume pump flush systems and flood irrigation supply. These high flow pumps are able to deliver up to 3000 gpm and up to 40’ head.

Available in either floating or tank mount as pictured above.
